With over 20 years of law-enforcement experience, an educational background in behavioral and social sciences, and board-certified coaching credentials, I provide first responders with practical, evidence-based tools for stress management, burnout prevention, and nervous-system resilience. I blend mindfulness, emotional regulation, and operational awareness to meet the realities of police, fire, EMS, corrections, and dispatch culture. I coach responders on how to break unproductive patterns, set healthy boundaries, and maintain clarity in high-pressure environments without sacrificing their identity or mission. Because I’ve lived the job, my coaching aligns theory and practice with the challenges, skepticism, and invisible burdens first responders carry. The result is a grounded, actionable approach that strengthens readiness, improves performance, and supports long-term well-being on and off duty.
