Awaken and Repattern Coaching Refund Policy

At Awaken and Repattern, we strive to provide exceptional coaching services that support your personal growth and transformation. We value your trust and want to be transparent about how refunds and cancellations are handled.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing services or digital products.

1. Coaching Sessions (Individual or Packages)

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.

• Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full or deducted from any prepaid package.

Refunds for Coaching Sessions

• Because coaching is a personalized service involving our time and expertise, coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

• If you purchase a package of multiple sessions and wish to discontinue coaching:

  • You may request a refund for unused sessions, minus any applicable discounts for the package rate.

  • Refunds for unused sessions will be calculated based on our standard single-session rate.

Example:

• You purchase a 9-session package for $1200.

• You complete 2 sessions and wish to stop.

• The 2 completed sessions are valued at $133.33 each = $266.66.

• The refundable amount would be $1200 – $266.66 = $933.34.

2. Digital Products

• All sales of digital products (e.g. e-books, workbooks, downloadable materials) are final and non-refundable.

• If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased digital product, please contact us. We will ensure you receive your product or a replacement.

3. Workshops and Events

• For online or in-person workshops or group programs:

  • Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the event start date.

  • No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration.
