A Bit About Me
I am a neuroscience-informed resilience trainer who helps first high-stress professionals break unproductive patterns and regulate their nervous system; without losing control, identity, or operational readiness.

I am also a Board-Certified Coach who practices with an evidence-based, client-centered approach. My role is to help you explore your goals, challenge limiting patterns, and access your full potential. I support individuals in identifying and breaking long-standing patterns such as codependency, avoidance, and self-limiting behaviors—helping them build awareness, autonomy, and more intentional ways of performing.
