With more than 20 years of law-enforcement experience, an educational background in the behavioral and social sciences, and board-certified coaching credentials, I help public safety professionals with practical, evidence-based tools for managing stress, preventing burnout, and strengthening nervous-system resilience.

I blend mindfulness, emotional regulation, and operational awareness in a way that respects the realities of police, fire, EMS, corrections, and dispatch culture. Rather than offering abstract wellness advice, I translate neuroscience-informed resilience training into clear, practical skills first responders can apply during demanding calls, high-pressure decisions, and recovery after critical incidents.

Drawing from lived experience in law enforcement, I understand the skepticism, responsibility, and invisible burdens that accompany the profession. My training helps responders recognize and break unproductive behavioral patterns, establish healthier boundaries, and maintain clarity under pressure without losing their sense of identity, purpose, or mission.

The result is a grounded, culturally informed approach that strengthens mindful readiness, improves operational performance, and supports long-term well-being both on and off duty.
